Computer Inventory Server is used to gather your network PC's software and hardware information. Software information includes installed window OS, software, MS Service Packs/Updates/Hotfixes, drivers and running services. Hardware information includes CPU details, amount of RAM, harddisk space, network card type, and more. It can also generate customized hardware and software inventory reports for management.

Computer Inventory Server can gather information from your network PCs through either TCP or WMI. Using the TCP connection, you will need to install the Computer Inventory Client on each PC. Using the WMI connection, it is not necessary to install any client at all. However, the WMI connection gathers a somewhat smaller subset of information excluding, for example, installed software and patches. We would recommend that you use the TCP connection with your clients to get the best and most informative results.

You can click on the left menu of the main window in order to view the overall general details, software and hardware specified information for any computer, or "ALL PC".

You can find all PC software information and inventory summary from All Softwares window, it shows the number of used and available licenses. You can update the number of available licenses. Double-click on the software, you can find the list of PC, which have installed the selected software.

With this feature, you can search for any specified PC by providing Filtering Options, according to different hardware configuration, such as CPU model, no of CPU, OS version, BIOS, physical memory, total memory slots, no of harddisk, harddisk space and freespace.
