Although you can`t get rid of unwanted programs, this application compiles all of the software and hardware information on your system into an easy-to-read report that won`t cost you anything.
TheOne Computer Inventory has an easily comprehensible interface, and it automatically gathers installed programs and hardware information from sound and video cards to serial and parallel ports. Software data such as the Windows OS, installed software, and drivers are categorically listed. It`s a snap to switch to hardware listings on the program`s tree menu to view BIOS, CPU, memory, disk, motherboard, and monitor information. You can easily save the list in HTML format and print options are available. Experienced users can edit the HTML tags to customize the report`s design.
We only wish TheOne Computer Inventory included an uninstaller to get rid of unwanted applications. At any rate, this freeware offers a quick, convenient way to take inventory of software and hardware installations.
